Current dogs must be securely leashed when on common property and at all times secured behind an approved fence surrounding the owner's property and prevented from barking unnecessarily. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets into the Estate when visiting owners/tenants.
Dogs droppings (faeces) whether on private property or common property, are to be immediately removed and disposed of by the owner of the dog.
A breach of this rule carries a Category B fine.
